I should have reviewed the reviews first. I definitely would not recommend this place at all. Had a floor put down in my kitchen. The installer used cardboard to even it out,should of known then. I now have a dip in the floor. When telling Rick he should of sent more than one person he said the installer likes to work alone and if he needed someone the installer would take along a friend of his. Is the installer even qualified? I am now noticing pieces loosening that I have to step on and they still don't adhere. There are also bubbles. Go to Home Dept or Lowes!!! Should of listened to my husband!

Design floors has been a staple of the residential flooring world in the Lehigh Valley for as long as I can remember. They've done work in my home, my fathers home, and my bosses rentals. Rick is very knowledgeable and Amy has amazing customer service. Competitive pricing and a wide variety of selections in their showroom. Wouldn't use anyone else personally

Ive done business with this company, 3 times. The first 2 times were wonderful. The third time, was not. Very unprofessional, unorganized and lack of communication. I called and Spoke with Rick to schedule measurements on the house I was purchasing. My realtor advised to measure everything. When I called to get the price on the carpet, they did not include my master closet into the price, Rick said he would make sure there was enough. Also asked if I can pay in FULL for the service day before installation, which was requested Feb 25. I called Feb 24 t . I didnt order the carpet. I was on a time frame from moving, and needed the carpet installed. Amy went above to get this carpet here in time before moving in. I requested to have this payment made in full. When it came time on March4 for carpet install, they did NOT order enough carpet, and tried to blame the guy installing the carpet. UNPROFESSIONAL! Then I had to wait longer for my service to be completed, which they state they then gave me for free as a courteous when they didnt order enough to begin with. Tried to say they were doing me a favor, but not actually doing me a favor. I tried to speak with Amy on my concerns, and how disappointed I was, and she did not care, the reply I kept was receiving was balanced owed and to call for payment. If you want good service, and a mom and pops environment, this place is not for you. They need to learn how to treat their customers better. I will not be returning, and would advise not to waste your time.

Not the best, but not the worst. Their prices are very competitive and the people are VERY friendly! Communication is a little difficult, sometimes taking more than a week for a response, however, in the current world of worker shortages that isn't a big deal. The man that did the carpet was very slow, taking over 9 hours to carpet one room and one set of stairs. He did a very good job though, so that is not a deal breaker. The team that did the lvp was really not great. They were definitely the negative part of this review. The "boss" kept telling me they were very busy and trying to get the job done in one day. You could tell. It was rushed. Which for the cost is a shame. Some blown out seams and poor cuts can be seen, but the quarter round is the worst part. It's too big for the base molding standind proud. Looks a little ridiculous. Overall it was an okay experience. I would work with design floors again, but I would definitely request a different lvp contractor.

Great quality, reasonable price, and all work was done professionally, quickly and without disturbance to us as we work from home. Owners are wonderful people, easy to work with, and honest. Thank you for my beautiful carpet!
