Horrible customer service from their representative Dan Reuter. I explained to him that I bought their product but one of the bottles was already hard and it was impossible to mix with the hardener and the shop that I bought told me that since the product was opened they wouldnt take it back and I had to talk to raptor customer service. Even after I explained to him the whole thing he told me he couldnt do anything and it was a short week for them so he couldnt help. I started getting very frustrated with his lack of effort and professionalism I told him that his customer service was horrible he asked for pictures of the product in a very rude way and accused me of fishing for free product. I showed the manager of the store the really bad customer service from raptor and he offered a refund.
