        Extremely high fees, terrible app and website, unfriendly tellers, and horrible customer service. Overdrew my account after an unexpected vet visit and was charged over $1000 in overdraft fees int he span of a week. Absolutely my fault, however when I asked if they would consider removing any of the fees once I was back on my feet, they basically replied and told me because I had a fee removed once in the past, I will NEVER be eligible to have any fees removed again for the rest of the time my account is open. Apparently you are only expected to run in to any kind of financial hardship once in your life.
