        I had an appointment at 9:30 am for a physical. I explained to this guy I needed it done today or my CDL would be dropped from my license. He forgot the time he said and left then told me he would get me in the same day and not to worry. He later would decline my call and not respond. I dont not recommend this place, very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
