Telehealth services are also available on a non-appointment basis from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday â€“ Thursday, and 8 am to 6 pm on Fridays. Patient First physicians and staff care for routine injuries and illnesses, and provide women's medical services; vaccinations; annual, sports, and school physicals; workers' comp/work injury care; DOT physicals; and more.

Unfortunately, we didnt have a great experience with patient first in Norristown Pennsylvania. The staff was very friendly, but they were training new people. They took in too many patients and didnt have enough staff on hand to address an ear ache. We waited over two hours and still no doctor or nurse to diagnose the issue we ended up leaving and using a Teladoc appointment service. Their business Model needs to be serving the consumer better and it never used to be that way, management needs to look in how that location is being staffed and run . I have a feeling its poorly managed. Go else where for care

Overall my experience was very positive. The staff were helpful and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and confident I was getting quality care. It was very busy and I had a non emergency issue so I had to wait for a while for the doctor to be available but not any longer than Ive waited at my PCs office.

The staff were very personable, friendly, & professional. Considering I had about 4 or 5 people ahead of me when I signed in, my wait time was minimal. Everyone was dealing with having to do patient records manually, as their computers were down, but they handled the extra pressure & work with grace & put the patient's care first. The doctor that took care of me was great, very thorough, told me the results of my tests, told me what she was treating me for & provided me with several scripts to bring me back to health. I was even given a note for work, as I requested. I was quite satisfied with the care I received & would certainly return for Healthcare in the future & recommend this facility & location to others.
