        The care and attention Steve gives to not only teaching proper technique, but also the wellbeing of the students, building connections, and helping them grow. Scranton MMA really is a community of people who truly are passionate about not just fitness and martial arts, but growing as people. I cant say enough that if youre interested in trying a class, test it out and see for yourself. Having never having taken a martial arts class before, and couldn't have felt more welcome or comfortable trying something new. Thank you! Jiu Jitsu has genuinely been the highlight of my week the last 4 weeks. I can't wait to continue.

        I absolutely love my experience at Scranton MMA so far. I've been taking the Brazilian jiu-jitsu class as a beginner, and I feel welcome and am treated the same as anyone else. Not once have I felt judged or pressured. The instructors are experts and walk around ensuring everyone is okay and comfortable with what they're doing. The classes have also had the indirect effects of boosting my mood and confidence in myself. I look forward to each class and want to learn other disciplines here, too. I'd 100% recommend coming to Scranton MMA.

        Scranton MMA is hands down the best gym I've ever been a part of. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I belonged. I did striking with Steve, and his expertise and genuine investment in my progress were evident from day one. There's a great community vibe that makes every session enjoyable. If you're looking for a place to grow both physically and mentally, Scranton MMA is it.

      Where do I start?!?! I have a ton to say to you, but I'll save those words for another time . As a student, knowing you did not have a background in martial arts, you picked up on all of the concepts and techniques so effortlessly that I didn't have much to offer in the way of correction. You're a perfectionist and sometimes a little too hard on yourself when learning...THAT'S MY JOB! One of my rules, don't get upset with yourself...I'll do that for you : ) Thank you again, for EVERYTHING!
