        The personnel there have treated me like Gold, for years haved gone out of their way to assist me for my business and personal accounts. They even caught a person who stole and tryed to cash some of my checks.

        DO NOT BANK HERE! The assistant manager degrades you and treats you like an idiot without knowing your situation! Because of an issue with their online system it showed that I had more money than what was in my account, it clearly stated that EVERYTHING was processed and nothing more was coming out! A day or two later the numbers changed show it being over drawn! Second time this has happened and even a lady from the corporate office said she has heard of this issue before! I spoke with someone at the dubois mall stbank and they agreed to wave the overdraft fee, I call in today because that overdraft fee was never waved the fee like she said she would and continues to talk over me and ignore me when I'm trying to explain this situation. The assistant manager at this branch is BEYOND ignorant and disrespectful to customers and is extremely unprofessional telling me I have no clue what I'm talking about and pretty much calling me an idiot and laughing in my face about the situation!!! Needless to say I'll be closing out my account after this! What a joke!!
