        3 hours to get food!! This was an absolutely INSANE experience. Ordered online at 5:58pm. Given a 30 minute delivery time. Called around 6. They confirm my name and address and tell me its on the way. I live 5 minutes from the store. OK. Places get busy things happen, no problem.Another hour later, I call again. They tell me they missed the order and will make it now. Please wait 20 more minutes. 45 minutes after that, I call AGAIN. I tell them they need to cancel my order and refund. He refuses cancellation and refund because its in the way. He tells me its not their fault, they just missed the order. (This is the manager). Finally get our food at just under 3 HOURS after we placed the order. Its good and not well made but hey. They delivered it and said sorry so thats all that matters right?
