We have many moving parts to our real estate business and therefore various exposures. Fortside just really takes the time to ask the detailed questions and learn about our plans to recommend the appropriate coverage. They also understand the nature of running a small business and therefore authentically understand how we look at risk. Cant imagine someone more thorough and genuine out there.

John has done insurance for two different condo associations for us, as well as our homeowner's, and he is a rockstar. He's always responsive and he saved one of our condo buildings thousands in potential premium increases through his hard work. He really knows his stuff and has great hustle.
