The staff was extremely helpful with helping with handicap accessibility. The handicap stall in the lobby restrooms wasn't big enough to maneuver the wheelchair in front of the toilet. The restroom in the conference area didn't have a handicap stall. The pool was the only restroom on the ground floor that worked out, so the stuff was kind enough to let me in for that. Prior to arriving, Priya went the extra mile and contacted the guest who had the handicap accessible room and that guest didn't need the accommodations, so she was able to switch us. What impressive customer service! She had followed up on all of the questions about the room, including bed height, which was a bit high, even calling back when we'd gotten cut off. Housekeeping person was very kind. Staff made everything possible. Thank you! Rooms: Fantastic that there was a table with casters to roll to where I needed it! Bug room for handicap accessibility.
