        The property team is very courteous and responsive. The value for the rental property is fantastic considering surrounding area. This includes being close to SEPTA trolly line, having a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit. The owners take care of the lawn including snow shoveling and salting. Recently at the time of writing this, Blink EV charging station went down (no fault of Drexelbrook, Blink issued a technical malfunction on their end going on for more than 48 hours I am unable to charge.) Brittney the Property Manager went above and beyond to help by letting me borrow her plug-in charger and plug into the side of the main building to enough to get to the nearest DC fast charger. The community also has a security car patrolling during night making this neighborhood extra safe. I would highly recommend if youre looking for your next home, this is a great place to be!

        This place really feels like home! I am on year two here at Drexelbrook and I love it. layout is perfect, and lots of closet space, even in a one bedroom. Neighbors are friendly and so is the staff. I am always receiving emails regarding things that are happening in the community, maintenance or road work nearby. Brittany is great to work with as a property manager and will always get back to you in a timely fashion with any problem you are having. It is also in a very good location, love having station tap, hanrahans and artillery brewing right down the road! I would recommend to anyone.
