We had an overflowing washer unit that flooded our mud room. We called Restoration 1 and they came out that day to look at the damage and advise on next steps. The water was clearly under the floor boards, so that hap to be ripped up and fans/dehumidifiers brought in to dry the place out. Brian and his team walked me through the whole process, provided photos and proof of damage to our insurance company to help get our claim approved and answered all my questions (I had a lot). Restoration 1 are life savers. They arrived at my home within an hour after I placed the call shortly after midnight. They drained the water and started the mitigation process immediately. Brian and his crew were extremely professional taking care of my belongings and answering my every question. The owner Joe is hands on helping Brian one of the days when he was alone.
