I simply cant say enough about Stacy! When the decision was made that my family was going to move from NY to Bucks County, Pa, we looked for an agent with knowledge, patience, success, and great communication and we found Stacy. Stacy worked with us in a very competitive market and negotiated on our behalf each time. After 8 months of FaceTime tours to accommodate the distance, sending out letters and creating social media posts to find off-market listings, Stacy found us a home. With 9 offers on this home, we came in with great terms that the sellers couldn't refuse. She is everything you can ever dream for an agent to be and we couldnt recommend her enough. Stacy is amazing. She made the home selling process so much easier for me. I do not know what I would have done without her support, expertise, and excellent advisement. She was always there when I needed her and ready to help above and beyond whenever I asked. Her responsiveness and professionalism are unparalleled. Working with her was such a pleasure. Before we met, I was quite anxious about going through this process. However, she instantly put me to ease with her kind and caring nature. She always had a smile, which helped me become more comfortable and relaxed about selling my home. The help she provided me throughout the time it took to get my unit ready for sale exceeded my expectations. She responded in such an efficient manner to all the matters that needed to be addressed, including but not limited to securing an electrician, handyman, and cleaning services. What really amazed me was the speed at which I was able to sell my unit, only 10 days after putting it on the market, I received the asking price. Thanks to Stacy, she made that happen.
