Steve helped with all the details that we didn't know about. Value of our home, what people look for in a home. This way we knew where to focus our efforts in preparing the house. His recommendations for staging and video support were excellent. Finally going through the negotiation and settlement were stress free as possible with his counsel.

When we decided to put our house on the market and look for a new one, we knew that we were jumping into an intense and risky market. We knew without a doubt that Steve and his awesome assistant Krista were the right fit for our goals! They were very knowledgeable and were able to guide us through the process with ease! I thought the experience would be very stressful, but thank you to Steve and Krista, it simply was not. We are so happy to recommend Steve and Krista Ammon for all of your real estate needs. We luckily met Steve at a local Open House. There was just something about Steve that made us want to work with him. The extras they offer such as staging our house, professional pictures bringing in multiple potential buyers, expert advice and making us feel like we are more like family versus a client has made this process so much better. Our house had multiple offers after the first 3 days of being listed. Such a great feeling. We are now in unchartered waters with COVID-19 and looking for a new house. Steve has been amazing helping us through all of the emotions excitement, concern, stress, and nervousness just to name a few. I truly feel that Steve is just as invested or more invested in finding us the right house. One thing that sticks with us is that he has continually said that the best feeling for him at settlement is knowing his clients are truly happy with their decision.
