    There was literally nothing going on and nobody there, I went to both locations and both ladies acted as if they did not want to help!.. guess its really busy when the lobby and rooms are all empty and a black women walks in for help. Thanks for nothing!

    UPDATE: The saga continues. After the entire day yesterday leaving with nothing we called individual hospitals to find an open bed since they told us that nobody had an open bed available. Asked them to fax records multiple times and they never made it to the hospitals we asked them to send them to. The people there do not care at all, their communication was terrible. Just everything about this place is terrible. Go anywhere else. This was the most abominable hospital experience I have ever faced. My family member was in a crisis and desperately needed help. She was overtly suffering from severe mental health crisis and nothing was done. We showed up at 9am and left at 8pm empty handed. We were told of a possible room for admission and later that room was denied from us. We were kept waiting in a dreary waiting room with my sick family member completely distraught for the entire time without any help. The communication was abysmal - we never were told what was going on. I finally asked again what we were waiting for only to be told our room was gone. Dont go here. In fact, run far far away. Even those who are in a healthy state of mind will leave with thoughts of despair and hopelessness. Now I have to see my family member suffer through another night and hope they make it to the next day. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

    I cant even express my anger, frustration. Taking a person you care about to the crisis center and receive nothing but ignorant unfriendly staff is beyond me. Explaining something to someone in a polite way isnt too much to ask. This staff member a female was so uncaring and unhelpful it was unreal. Do yourself a favor and if possible take your loved one to another facility. Smh Cant give a star~this visit deserves to take stars away.
