        The people are very friendly and efficient at getting you in and out. I love to be able to reserve a place in line on the app so the wait is much less. Also on the app you can see the wait times which is very helpful

        I have been going here for years. I never see the same employees twice except Dana who is very sweet. The management is never the same. You never get the same haircut twice. They ask you what number blade to use? IF I knew I would cut it myself. They don't know how to deal with gift cards the sell and over charge you when you go to use them . The place is clean.
