We contacted Richard Zweig at CMIT Solutions of Central Bucks when we realized our company had outgrown our virtual phone solution (Grasshopper). We wanted to retain certain features that had become indispensable to how we operate—call forwarding to cell phones, hunt groups, auto-attendant with recorded voice greeting, the ability to manage user accounts via an online portal, and, of course, our toll-free number—we just didn't want to require our employees to use their cell phones anymore. We knew we were staring down the barrel of a potentially expensive proposition. Going from a virtual to a traditional voice solution meant needing to purchase or rent handsets, potentially rewire our office, etc. After vetting a number of service providers, including the industry giants, we commissioned Richard Zweig, and hindsight being 20/20, we probably should have just started there. Richard guided us through the estimate and setup process with Nextiva, a reputable national voice provider, and helped us select quality, professional, Polycom-brand desk and conference phones for our studio. Probably my favorite feature is the OBIwifi adapters which allow us to take our extension-specific handsets practically anywhere there's a power adapter, including my back patio when I work from home or on vacation. We've been using Richard Zweig and CMIT Solutions for our small real estate practice as well as some of our home/personal devices for the past several years and we've been very happy. For the small cost of their monitoring and backup plans, we have the peace of mind knowing our equipment will be running correctly and reliably, and if we have issues, we have someone at our fingertips to help to get us up and running quickly! In addition, CMIT Solutions sells equipment, and I have bought several laptops from them - great dealer pricing, set up correctly and for our needs.
