Jon and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. They explained the process every step of the way and were more than happy to answer any questions. Most notably, when they ran into complex situations Jon and crew stuck with it until the job was done, and done correctly.

Very pleased with the level of service provided for our gas fireplace that was not functioning properly. Tyler arrived promptly at the appointment and fixed the issue by replacing the defective part and made sure that fireplace is working as expected. Happy to provide a good review and recommend them !
