        The rudest most unprofessional staff and seamstress. I was humiliated in my $1500 wedding gown & after party $400 dress. . Which I love . It was the. Cliche fat girl 162 lbs 55 nightmare for alterations. It was Beyond embarrassing and they sole my wedding joy. It was an awful experience I left on th verge of tears and f bombs. Thankfully my fianc took me for pizza& drinks @ Villa Capri to cheer me up. They hurried my fitting,,dismissed what I was asking for and yelled at me &estimated the cost to @1200.00!

        Rude staff that completely stole the joy of my mom trying on her wedding dress. Its a shame. I went with my mom to buy her dresses and they were beautiful and fit her body perfectly they just needed to be taken up at then hem and sleeves. Not the bust and mid section. After my moms visit with L&H Couture, my mom called me crying because the seamstress was so cruel. The shop we bought the dresses was Sabrina Ann in Ardmore and it was such a wonderful, happy experience. It is so disappointing that L&H Couture could not offer the same.

        Had the best experience getting my dress here. My mom also found her mother of the bride dress. Both of our dresses were perfect! Everyone has been so helpful and accommodating with my busy work schedule. I would highly recommend shopping here.

      Courtney,That is not how your appointment went at all. You brought in your two dresses for an alterations estimate. You spent over 40 minutes in the appointment for a 30 minute estimate. Not rushed at all and in fact made our next appointment late. When the seamstress worked with you, she advised that it needed to be released as it was too tight on you. Then, lift the shoulders and mold the dress to your frame. This was an honest assessment from the seamstress to perfectly alter your dress to your body. Your own mother agreed with the seamstress's assessment. There was no insults or "cliche fat girl" references at all. Why would we do that. However, you did not like her assessment and wanted her to do the alterations that you suggested. The seamstress declined to do them as she didn't want to be responsible for ruining your dress. You were given a quote for the 2 dresses to be reconstructed correctly. You were under no obligation to have them altered with us if you didn't like the price. I reiterate... No one insulted you or humiliated you. You didn't agree with our assessment or price. So, you can take your dresses elsewhere if that's what you choose. No hard feelings. Which you actually didn't have when you left the store either.
