Just drove up there for 2 hours for my 11 o'clock confirmed appointment, only to find out the truck I wanted was sold. Smh

Betty wasted my time. Said they had several trucks in stock I asked multiple times to confirm just told me to come in, they only had one truck available and it wasnt even the one I brought up. Wasted 4 hours driving and sitting around. Dealership guys were nice.

Just bought my first F150 here and Fred Caddeo help me get trough the whole process and was very helpful he even stayed extra couple hours so I could get the truck on the day I bought it Im really happy with the service in here and will highly recommend it

I left a f250 2022 for a service and to get the AC fixed as it did not work, and to fix the back up camera, they had the truck for 2 days. They said they could not fix the camera because it was a utility bed and it would have go back to the company who put it on even though the truck was bought from your lot with the bed on it so you should have fixed it. They said the AC needed a new filter so they but on in and said it was good I turn on the AC yesterday and it was blowing hot air so they did not fix that, I checked all the fuses and they were good, as I was checking the truck I looked under the truck and the engine looks to be leaking fluids . The bill was over $450 for what? So they did a oil change but know it leaks The fixed the AC know it does not work And they could not fix a simple back back up camera. Had the truck for 2day. Do not use fred beans for service the will rip you off, so you call them and they tell you take it back to them so they can keep it for 2 day more days and not do anything. I need to find a good repair shop that does fix stuff.
