Top Notch Tree Service

Matt and his crew at Top Notch are fantastic! He was responsive and thorough from the first contact, explaining everything that needed to be done to remove two large trees (and stumps) from up against our house. On job day, his crew was professional, efficient and careful; besides the trees being gone it was difficult to see that anything had happened at all. Well done and highly recommended!

A neighbor's tree fell over from high winds and saturated ground hitting my shed. Matt was out the next day and did an estimate. The removal was scheduled for the next week as it was not an emergency. The ground conditions were less than ideal from snow but extra care was taken to not do ANY damage to the lawn and any further damage to the shed. The work became more involved because of the ground conditions but the work was completed for exactly the total of the original estimate. Other than a little sawdust from the chipper you would never have known a tree was removed after they left. I would not call any other tree service for future work. Top Notch earned my future business and their name. This service was TOP NOTCH! A+++++

I reached out to Top Notch Tree Service for an emergency at 5:15am, expecting to leave a message that our young cat was stuck 80' up in a tree and it was windy and raining, begging for a call back during business hours and praying my cat didn't fall before someone could get here. Not only did Matt Jenkins pick up the call, he was also empathetic and responsive and on his way to us by 5:45am!! He successfully reached the cat and worked hard to keep her safe while extricating her. He is our hero and has our tree business (and forever gratitude) from here on!

We have been using Top Notch for many years. Not once have we been dissatisfied. This time, a large tree fell after the storm. Matt came to check it promptly, quickly called us back to confirm the price and what they would do. What really impressed me was that when he came to see the fallen tree, he noticed a dead branch on a tree beside our driveway and included clearing that branch in what they were about to do. Today, in less than two hours, they cleared everything as if there had never been a fallen tree in our backyard. In all these years of using this company, they have been efficient, professional, and, most importantly, their communication is excellent, which makes us very confident. In the future, we will continue to work with Matt and are very willing to recommend this company to friends, neighbors, and anyone in need. Service: Tree removal
