O'Neill and Sons

Our Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus was only a few months old when it suddenly stopped working. We called the manufacturer who told us to take it to O'Neill and Sons for repair under the warranty. We called and spoke with Devin. He was amazing. He let us pick the day we could come in. That day, he was waiting for us and fixed our Dolphin within ten minutes right before our eyes. He was professional, pleasant, efficient, and thorough. We were extremely happy with the outcome. We thought for sure the process of having the machine fixed under a warranty was going to become a nightmarish process but due to a knowledgeable mechanic, the whole thing was taken care of in a matter of minutes with no inconvenience to us at all.

I drove 90 minutes to have my Maytronics Dolphin repaired under warranty. Devin was amazing! Handled it immediately, and even made time to take a look at my old one which I brought along, and he fixed that too! I was out in less than a half hour. Great work, fair price, nice folks!
