Can't say enough good things about how Betsy helped us through the selling and buying processes for our previous and new homes. She was so knowledgeable of the existing market, walked us through what to do to prepare our previous home for sale, and then found us a downsize home in our ideal location and negotiated an acceptable price and move in timeframe to align with the sale of our old house - saving us the money we thought we would need to spend on renting a temp house. She was really great to work with and so patient with us explaining the process and what she was doing behind the scenes. Just amazing!!

Betsy was wonderful to work with. We were looking to sell our former home, which for the past 9 years had been a rental property. It needed a lot of updates. Betsy walked with us through the home on her first visit and made a list of suggestions. She was not pushy or demanding at all! She was simply sharing with us her knowledge and expertise as to what she felt was the optimal condition for listing the property. After discussing together, we decided to do most of what she suggested. It was just a bit of sweat equity on our part...painting and some updating. Boy did it turn out beautiful!!! Her expertise was SPOT ON! Together we created a beautiful, neutral, peaceful home. That way, anyone viewing the home could envision themselves there. We had so many positive comments and great success selling the home...all thanks to Betsy!! Obviously we would use her again and would recommend her to ANYONE selling a home! And should we ever move, we will use her to purchase our next home!!! Thank you Betsy!!!

Betsy was an absolutely wonderful agent to work with! This was our first time buying and selling a house at the same time and she really worked hard to make the process as seamless as possible, which was especially impressive in the middle of a pandemic. We initially met with Betsy to discuss putting our house on the market in early March, and unfortunately, the real estate market shut down shortly after that due to Covid-19. Despite this, Betsy still stayed in contact with us and provided tips on staging our house and getting it ready for the market once it opened up. Once real estate was operational again, Betsy got our listing up ASAP and helped to sell our home much quicker than we anticipated! From there, Betsy was readily available to accompany us to showings, always responded quickly to our (many!) questions, and was truly an invaluable resource during this time. We so appreciate the guidance, insight, and support that Betsy provided throughout this process and could not be more excited to start our next chapter in our new home!
