Was the recipient of an arrangement.Petals were falling off the roses.Other flowers were drooping. Arrangement looked a week old upon arrival.

I was so appreciative of Judy going above and beyond to help me in a difficult situation. We had ordered last minute flowers for a local funeral - on Christmas Eve because that's when arrangements were finalized for the day after Christmas. Judy immediately called me (even though they were closed) to let me know that the colors of the bouquet were not all available due to the timing (which was fine). In order to get the flowers to the funeral home in time for the funeral, she delivered them on Christmas night. The flowers were beautiful and it meant a lot to us to be able to send them and get them there in time. I would use Bud-N-Bloom again.

Got what I paid for. Had a slight problem with my delivery due to lack of attention to detail on their end. I caught it and had to take time and make more phone calls than I had time for while working to finally get mitigation that they would go back to the funeral home and correct it before it started. Obviously owned and operated with extreme liberal values and practices as advertised for those who care.
