I went to the Christian Brothers for help with the Electrical issue Im having with my car. Its a huge mystery why my refuses to start if it sits for 3 or more days. The most frustrating thing Ive ever seen in my 74 yrs. Anyway, they presented me a very effective and simple solution to my problem. Also, while they had my vehicle, they advised me of other possible issues to be aware of in the future and a free estimate for those issues. They were fast, efficient, kind and professional.

I contacted CBA back in November about having the engine replaced in my Cadillac. I was told by Michelle on the phone that she would have a quote over to me by the following week. I was pleasantly surprised that they were willing to do the work as not many others were interested. I followed up the following week and Michelle stated that she was still sourcing parts and would need more time. I was fine with that. She said she'd follow up in a week. She never followed up. Its now March and she still hasn't given me a price quote. I have emailed several times only to get the runaround and she never answers my questions. I emailed two days ago asking if this was ever going to happen and to please just tell me if she could help me or not. She responded with "I have been trying to locate new engines for you on this one as you requested" and nothing more. I personally have located 3 new engines on my own- I don't understand why this has taken so long and why I am being given the runaround. If you can't help me just say so- don't lead a potential customer on. Its just plain rude and bad business practice. Michelle- you're a complete flake. I don't want to see a response to this either that states, "we're sorry we didn't meet your expectations as we strive to give excellent service". You're not sorry and you clearly don't strive to give good service. Thank you for wasting my time and leading me on to believe you could help me.

I recently had my 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid serviced at Christian Brothers Automotive Downingtown. The car had a problem starting. I made an appointment to drop the car off on Sunday night and they started checking the car early Monday morning. I told them that I thought the hybrid motor battery may need to be replaced, because it was older. They checked everything and only found an inexpensive problem. They fixed it promptly and even sent a shuttle car to pick me up to get my car. I would highly recommend this service center for their honest service and True Christian Integrity. I can easily see that they follow true Biblical standards in their business operations.

Christian Brothers Automotive shop in Downingtown is very good and reliable, nice staff, great mechanics team, and reasonable prices. They do a great job of taking photos of the specific parts of the car needing work which they send you right away to verify needed repairs so you can decide what you want done before they do the work. Very trust worthy.
