        I moved into a studio after selling my home. I had very little time to spare and had looked at many other rentals. I had also had several very BAD experiences with prior rental management companies. This time, I went with my gut and a kind residents stunning opinion on her life there. Never regretted the decision. Management was A+ after a bumpy start and one particular manager who left which led to smooth sailing afterwards. The place is clean, friendly, great mix of people and very accommodating for the fur babies. The very few issues I had were immediately taken care of by the great maintenance crew. I upgraded and moved after a year from studio to 3 bedroom unit. Management made transition as seamless as possible. Many thanks to Tina and Cam and the whole staff for making my stay at the point very enjoyable. I will actually miss it! Highly recommend. If I could could give more than 5 stars I would !

        Atmosphere is perfect. Amenities are great. Can pay for a garage or reserved spot(waiting list) and theres plenty of things within walking distance. Not to mention the staff are friendly and care tremendously about everyone. They hosted a Halloween party and you can tell the staff really wanted it to be a success. Definitely recommend.
