        I live in NY. I had a house in Wild Acres, that i wanted to sell. I got in touch with Stan, explained that i live in NY and don’t come to PA often. Well, i tried selling this home 2x before and the realtors didn’t seem interested. Stan told me what to do, he took pictures , posted them and my house was sold within a week! As a business owner, i know you cannot please all the people all of the time. But this was the easiest deal i have ever done in real estate in my life! I don’t understand why other reviews would say anything so negative, i didn’t find one thing true they are saying! He never showed me anything but professionalism, he helped me do everything , even if it meant going out of his way.. it was an absolute pleasure doing business with him, and i highly recommend him and would use him again in a heartbeat. Tashlik, keep up the great work and thank you !
