        Caveat Emptor - I've used this vendor for a long time (over 20 years), and they have always done exceptional work. Recently the prices have been going up and after looking over the last bill which I paid without complaining the labor came out to over $500 an hour. The last job was not an emergency call and it was done to their normal better than expected quality, but my partner pointed out we had the same job done at a different property (in same zip code) at 1/3 the price. At this point, I came to the realization I need to move on and find some new vendors for my electrical, plumbing and remodeling needs.

        I was having an issue with my water heater. They came out the same day I called in, on time. Quoted me the work with pricing, and got the job done. Just what I needed. I will be calling them again! 10/10 recommend.
