Barely 5 months later and less than 2,000 miles driven (I only drive locally 2-3 days per week), I take my car into a smaller family run shop for inspection, and they tell me my brakes all need replacing and my rotors too!??? Brake pads are toast. Also, the fee to swap my tires out is at least 50% less than Mavis charged me (to swap out tires I bought from them).
Will not return. They also said I could come in at a certain time and then had no one to work on my van. I waited in the shop for over 2 hours. The mechanics all seem to be goofing off half the time.
1 star for the guy who was in charge because he was super understanding about me having to figure out a payment method when the card I had planned to use didn't work, and I had to make some phone calls.
