Horrible experience! The people at the store were wonderful but everything after that was a disaster. First, they brought us the wrong mattress, much cheaper than the one we purchased. We had to wait 7 days for the correct one. Once they came with the correct mattress they had no base with it! So we had to wait 7 more days for them to come with the base (this is 14 days of no bed and paying over 6k!). Once they came with the base and correct bed the pump would not work. We were told a work order ticket was placed. This was three days ago and still not working! Everytime we call customer service we are told they are not the department to help but we never receive any help. I am ready to return and ask for a refund! Save the money and hassle and just get a regular mattress.

Probably dollar for dollar the worst investment I've ever made. Not kidding, approximately $10,000 for the whole loaded set up to try to help my wife's bad back and other issues. This "smart bed" is anything but smart. App works sporadicly. Bed is set to responsive air so that as you move, it adjusts... Don't believe that because it stopped working months ago. Set the bed to 35 from 30, nothing happens. Set it to 100, makes noise for 15 seconds and says it went to 100. Really disappointed. Would never recommend this smoked and mirrors product. I welcome them reaching out to me.
