Did not accept return of a rear swing door on Transit Connect, despite their posted policy being that parts can be returned with a 20% restock fee. Their claim was that their posted policy makes all body panels an exception. It says: "all sheet metal sold as is." That does not say or imply anything like "all sheet metal sales are final," (and it is not otherwise stated as an exception to the restocking provision, but is simply one in a list of policies). Even if this is their normal policy, the logic of the case should have allowed a return, because a door is easily removable and replaceable. Decent customer service would dictate this. Appealing made no difference.

I had a engine installed from them. All I can say is they should have opened up a meat store because their mechanics are really butchers.
