      image I'm so thankful for this farm! They even grow golden beets -- something that I'd have to place a special order to get if they didn't exist on this farm. It seems like they have something new every season. Last year, there was pattypan squash. It was absolutely amazing. This year, they really ramped up their bakeshop. In the fall, they have hubbard squash that I use in both savory and pastry applications (purees, filled pastas, pierogi filling -- as well as pies, cakes, custards, etc.)
