Dropped off chainsaw and new chain (already adjusted to correct size needed new link) to be repaired. Was called work completed, picked up chainsaw and chain once home realized not the chain I dropped off. Because they did not have the parts needed to fix the chain they scrapped the chain without letting me know.The chain I purchased was a new chain for the saw that was being repaired, not at all what I needed. Their answer for scrapping a new chain and not letting the costumer know 10 dollar credit.

This is an amazing dealership. I felt like I was part of the crew when I purchased my commercial grade mower. Staff is very knowledgeable and the owner goes out of his way to thank you and speak with you.
If you have a bad experience at this dealership, then you did something wrong.

They did an excellent job of fixing my Toro battery and charger issues. I really am enjoying my Toro lawnmower with full charges now.
