        We booked 3 cottages for the weekend for our family. We enjoyed the course and had a nice dinner at the restaurant. The cottages are clean and well maintained. The food and service at their restaurant was very good. Will definitely be back next summer.

        So on 10.13.2023 My daughters wedding, The grounds and the Venue "The Barn" were beautiful We wre EXTREMELY disappointed with Jenny Throughout the year she was very unresponsive to My daughters trequest. She or anyone from her Team Were not at the food tatsting . The day of the wedding Jenny or her staff were Unavailable There was no none to guiide us through the event After the ceremony We had to have the DJ coordinate our entrance He was unsure in what to do as well . Not only was noone there to make my Daughters wedding special there was no one to cut and or serve the Wedding cake IT was left Whole My daughter did cut the cake With the photograher But none from Frosty valley To help , We were utterly dissapointed Needless to say the event was great do to The young and energetic crowd Jenny should be embarrasssed by her lack of professionalism . She put a dmaper on what should have been a magical event The Place is beautiful But the mangaement staff was Horrible I would like to note the servers did the best they can do That was NOT their job They were under staffed They had Three waitresses to serve 180 People very poor Managemnet We were shocked

However, we are truly sorry for your disappointing experience with Jenni. It's essential to clarify that Jenni is not a Day-of-Coordinator, which might explain some of the issues you encountered. While Day-of-Coordinators are not obligatory, we often recommend their services to ensure a seamless event, including organizing introductions with the wedding party and coordinating with the DJ.The oversight with the wedding cake is unfortunate, and we apologize for this lapse. In the excitement of putting out the donut board and donuts, adding the cake to the donut table was overlooked, we sincerely apologize this was missed. We appreciate your kind words about our hardworking servers, and your feedback will be instrumental in helping us provide better service in the future.We sincerely apologize for your less-than-perfect experience, and we hope you understand that we take your feedback seriously.
