After reaching out to a local well company and not hearing back I made a post on well drilling page and Nick was quick to reach out and give advice/suggestions. Low & behold he was about 40 minutes away. I was able to get a quote provided very fast. I signed and Nick came out about a week later. His work was immaculate and he had no problem explaining every step of the way to me as well as finding out water level for us etc. We had him remove our well pit & backfill, install a pitless adapter as well as a brand new pump as ours has seen better days. Would definitely recommend doing business with United Well & Pump if youre local!

My partner and I manage a rental property in the Poconos and had complaints about low water pressure. The home already has a filtration system and a conditioning system that cost thousands to install. No one but Nick from United Well and Pump Service LLC truly understood the current Geothermal System and how it works. We had many look and work with no diagnosis and was charged time after time still left with the problem. As far as we're concerned, Nick is GENIUS! He's honest and diagnosed it immediately and guarantees 100 percent of his work. He's confident in his diagnosing and knows the geology of the Pocono areas and surrounding counties. It didn't take him long to fix it either and he didn't even ask for any deposit until the job was completed an invoice was provided. We're so happy that we didn't have to drill another well. We purchased a house with a low-yield well. We would frequently run out of water, so we explored a few options to meet our water demand. We looked into drilling a deeper well, a basement water storage tank, and hydrofracking. Ultimately, we chose to go with hydrofracking and contracted Nick for his services. We could not be happier with the route that we chose. It has been a few months since our frack, and we can now meet our water demand for about a quarter of the price that a deeper well would have cost, without the hassle of a new tank and pump to maintain. Nick was a pleasure to work with and was completely honest and fair. On the day of our frack, there was a pretty wicked storm that came through, and Nick worked right through it, getting completely drenched. I highly recommend using United for hydrofracking if you have a low-yield well. I will be using them again if we ever have a pump issue. Service: Remedial & demolition

Our well pump went out yesterday, Sunday before Labor Day! Called them and Conner came out at 7 pm and worked until 9 pm to get our water going again! Awesome company! I will use them every time! I cannot say enough good things about their service! Thank you so much!!!! Service: Pump installation

Our 1000 feet well was running dry and needed a hydro frack to restore the water flow. Nick came through with his expertise, professionalism, and dedication. He had all the equipment needed to do the job properly. He fully restored our well in a couple of hours. We are so grateful for the services he provided. Highly recommended!
