The photographer said how beautiful the house looks and is so easy to take pictures. We had such a fun time working together. I have renovated and flipped homes for the past several years. I was always up in the air on if it was worth it or not to have a home staged prior to listing it. I figured it would not hurt to give it a shot so I gave Michele a call. She came to the house and evaluated what it needed then offered me several different suggestions on what she can do. I went along with her recommendations and couldn't have been happier with the final product. I used Michele's service's 2 times after that and the results were similar. Each house was under contract within 3 days of them being listed, all at or considerably above asking price with multiple offers (these houses were all priced at the top of the market initially as well). Michele knows how to bring a houses true potential out and the results speak for itself. I highly recommend White Fence Homes!
