I tried to cancel my auto and renters policies, went into the office in person and he was on his computer acting as though he was canceling. Come to find out (by accident) that he did not cancel…eight days later. I had to call the insurance company directly and got them cancelled immediately. The older guy got a tuff guy complex on the phone with me too! Lmao Good to get a policy but, terrible cancelling and getting your refund. Go directly through the insurance company if you want a policy…

I expected much better from Ed and Allstar Insurance Agency. Contacted them offering them my business and their communication skills are horrendous. Ed offered me what he considered the lowest priced policy he had and when I reached back out to him not once, but twice with a list of questions I needed answered before I could make my insurance decision, he refused to reply. Sorry, but when anyone decides that it is best to not answer questions from a potential client, it is time for the client to realize the company is perhaps shady. So, after not hearing back from Ed with answers to my questions I made an informed decision not to use his company for any of my insurance needs.
