Absolutely vile, RACIST receptionist.  I presume if this behavior is tolerated from her, it is perpetuated by the company. In no uncertain terms, to my face, the receptionist told a story with the term "Porch Monkey and those Ni&&ers". I have no idea what this pathetic driveling excuse for a human was thinking talking that way to a stranger.  In her defense, she looks like her blood is watered down with some inbreeding, so I'm assuming her withering brain isn't capable of independent thought. Dumpy little troll.

Summit Pointe Builders built our home in Dallas in 2018. John and Mike build a Quality home. Their subcontractors are top notch, which is extremely important. Pricing is reasonable, There were many change orders on our project and i always felt that the bill was fair. I am particular and if there was something that i didn't like They would make sure it was to my liking and they didn't complain about it. They didn't charge for little extra things either, If it wasn't major, They would just do it and i appreciated that. They are established and i was confident in knowing that they wouldn't go bankrupt and leave my project half way complete, this kind of thing does happen throughout the country. I will be having them build other structures on my property and would recommend to my family and friends.

Horrible business practices! Whether you are building a home or your home is near where he plans on building, be cautious dealing with this builder. In my case his poor building practices and multiple write-ups from the local county conservation office resulted in flooding and damages on my property. In the case of a new home he built in 2015, he went back and knocked on the door of a new construction he built a full 3 years prior and had some equipment rip up their yard to install the drainage systems he was supposed to put in originally. You've been warned!
