Kera,Thanks for taking the time to post a "review". Unfortunately most of what is written in this review is not true and is a misrepresentation of the conversation you had with our financial coordinator. We are always very clear about financial terms and payments with our patients about their dental work. If we treated people in any way close to what you described, our page would be full of similar reviews. Clearly it is not. We are fair and honest and expect our patients to be the same.Finally, for the benefit of anyone else reading this review. Small businesses have the option to turn to their local magistrate in the event of nonpayment from a customer. Our office, like many other small businesses, will use this as an absolute last resort. Typically a magistrate would become involved after several months of nonpayment and when the original terms of the financial arrangement have been grossly breached.Once again, thank you for taking the time to comment. We appreciate the (somewhat unique) opportunity to share some insight with anyone else who might happen to read our reviews.
