White House Black Market

I rarely post reviews but was looking up the store and saw some negative reviews today. I am shocked to see any negative reviews about this White House black market location. I have been shopping at White House black market stores in Pittsburgh for the last 20 years. The manager at this specific store is incredible. On rare occasions when I have had any type of issue with merchandise she has always made it right. All of the employees are incredibly helpful at picking things out if I'm looking to style looks or letting me be focused if I'm there for one specific thing. This is my favorite location in the city because the experience and management is so good.

I havent been to this location for a few years because the customer service was so terrible the last time.fast forward to today and it is still bad! I walked in the store and the two sales people were just chatting amongst themselves. Didnt ask if they could help me find anything. The sad part is, I wanted to buy a couple pairs of jeans, which we know arent inexpensive..I absolutely love the clothes, but guess I will stick to buying them online. So disappointing!

I was in today looking for something specific, and before I knew it I had a whole dressing room full of clothes I wasnt even shopping for. The worker stood outside of my dressing room the entire time, and even at one point reached her arm in with jewelry. I felt overwhelmed and ended up leaving with nothing. There are people that want a whole styling session, but that was not me today. I would encourage to ask before doing this because it made me feel very uncomfortable and annoyed.

worst customer service ever. Very rude unknowledgeable staff who don't want to help. One staff member disappeared without giving any timeline when she'll back to complete my order. I spent about 15 minutes trying to return one item. Very disappointed. Very bad vibe from this location. will never go back.
