        Bad customer service, will never give money to them again. Was looking at a necklace and was told discounts could be stacked and the necklace was white gold and wouldn't tarnish. I wanted a smaller version of that necklace, and it wasn't until checkout with the card ready to go into the chip reader that we were told it was sterling silver so they could sell us the warranty and the price was as-is. Was made to feel guilty we were spending more than expected and were deceived what material the necklace was. Getting something exciting like a diamond necklace for Valentine's Day shouldn't be met with deception and guilt. :( There was a younger blonde lady doing the selling and an older woman who rung me up who seemed to still be in training.
