My car needed a new battery, I was afraid there was an electrical issue with the car as some Alfas have this reoccurring issue. Kate the service manager was AWESOME from start to finish. She treated my car like it was one of her own. She is extremely knowledgeable in the space and make me feel like everything was more than okay. She even offered to start my car each and every day it was at the dealership to ensure that it was just a battery replacement and not an electrical issue, that way I didnt drive all the way to the dealership and come home to have the same problem. 10/10 highly recommend!!!
