        I'd recommend SERVPRO to everyone. I couldn't have had a more positive experience - professional, knowledgeable, accountable, polite, friendly, etc. I could go on and on. We had a sewer back-up in our basement and did everything from remediation to the re-build with them. Jeff, Louis, Steve and team were fabulous. I felt taken care of and cared for. They were detail oriented (and I am picky), tidy, clean, on time, dependable, explained everything. Really it may be the best experience I've had with a contractor and home renovation. Thank you, ServPro!

        FTC IS INVOLVED WITH A FULL ON report number and case started in 19 hours due to the severity of illegal activity in the house. My mother your client paid you bc u threatened to sue her and good honest people pay. She and I quote refers to u as a disgusting crook and all of your threats to sue her the FTC has. Do not contact my family this is now a legal.matter. I'm sure you'll have the mail waiting for u after Christmas. What was done here was the worst I have ever seen. Any reply of ur not a client and show us this great review. The client on the contract finds you as crooked and illegal as it comes in business practice You just adjusted my review again. Previous statements from you We don't know you. Other previous statements your mother gave us great reviews and paid in full. All u do is lie. The appropriate agencies have been given everything and we will handle all of this legally. Your team was thrown out after another 10 am show up ho the day it occurred and u were informed and locked out of the house and fired after not completing any job with any talentur and a half lunch break (daily occurrence for a month.k all appropriation information was given to the proper authorities

      AndreaYou started attacking our company online at Thanksgiving time this year. You claim you have video footage from your bathroom of one of our employees doing drugs. We asked you and your mother to forward any evidence to your claim that you have and you have yet to send us any. Your mother backed out of the contract and paid the invoice in full. When I asked her about your accusations she responded by saying these are not her accusations. Again, we have asked for any evidence of your accusations and you have not provided any. The workers that worked on your mother's property have been with us for 5 years and 10 years. We stand behind their 5 star performance. I have emails from your mother stating how great their work looks.We look forward to answering any false claims made by you against our company and workers as we stand behind our work and employees.As per my original email, we recommend if you have any evidence of any of our employees participating in any illegal activities please forward to our company so we may act accordingly. To date, you have only provided false accusations publiclyThanksServpro of West Hills.
