        We recently transitioned our Pennsylvania portfolio from self managed to DeSantis. Sadie was knowledge about potential issues when walking through a vacant unit. Justin was very communicative and thorough when turning over a vacant unit. Kasey has been fantastic with coordinating between tenants and vendors. I know once I call in to inquire about something, Kasey will ensure it's handled promptly and follow up with a comprehensive email of what was done!

        ive been a new tenant with them. they always pick up the phone when you need them and i recently had a pipe break that was fixed promptly within a day. good online tenant portal as well. solid company to rent with.
