Nothing but a great experience with this group. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Joe found us a great rate for auto and homeowners and made the process easy when we had to file a claim after a car accident. James saved me $300 a month on health insurance and was patient and kind when answering a plethora of questions and comparing rates. Each person is definitely an expert at their craft. Highly recommend.

I met autumn at a seminar that UPMC was having. She answered all my questions took the time to explain a lot of things to me, personally came to our house, so that me and my wife could sit down and talk with her. We filled out all the paperwork it was a real pleasure to have her talking with us, and showing us everything that she thought was important. It was a big relief for fire shoulder. She did an outstanding job please please do not let her go. Shes fantastic.
