H & L Heating & Cooling

We recently purchased a condominium that had a H&L sticker for service and maintenance for the last 5 years. Decided to give them a try for a furnace and gas log clean and check-up. Heath, the owner, made the service call. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He did a great job. He answered all my questions on possible future replacement options. I asked about banging noises the hot water heater had been making and he offered to check the water pressure and adjusted it down a bit to see if that might help. He was also going to check with a costumer that has a dryer vent similar to ours and check who they used for cleaning the vent. He went above and beyond for us. We will be using H&L going forward and would recommend using this great company. Service: HVAC system maintenance

2 years ago they came out and said my furnace needed replaced. I applied for LIHEAP, they came out and replaced the broken part which took 10 min. The last 2 years I have used the same furnace with no issues. I called h&l to see if they would come out and do my yearly service on my furnace and the son came out and he's like I'm going to fail your furnace because the heating regulator needed replaced 2years ago and you didn't have that done. I said well I had someone come out through LIHEAP and they said that the furnace was fine and replaced what needed replaced. He copped an attitude with me and said well I can waste your time and mine and go down there and look at it but I know I'm going to fail it . I'm not sure why he had such an attitude with me but I just told him to leave.
