Room was clean but outdated. Tub faucet dropped all night. Room above - every time they flush the commode it sounded like it was coming down the walls

Management of the hotel please pay attention to Can Davis. Insolutely rude and unmannered person, presenting your hotel at the reception. I had to say hello 4 times before I hear his response what do you want? He was chewing the gum and had absolutely terrifying look.

Susan Lee we stayed here March 27, 2024 The hotel has clean room and the rooms a pet friendly. I made the reservation a month before I knew I was staying and never received a confirmation # so I called the day before I was supposed to stay to confirm they did have my reservation. We got to the hotel around 10:00pm and the lobby was packed with people and there was only one person working the desk. Stood in line for a good while. The person at the desk was doing her best but it was just a lot of people. Plus when we first walked up to the hotel it smelled of Marijuana. It smelled. Like that even when we left the next morning. The other problem was there where people up all hours of the night and stood outside near windows and spoke very loudly and smoked pot so it was difficult to get sleep and rest. I paid for the Airport shuttle to the airport and back with the cost of my room we where able to use the shuttle to the airport but not when we returned for our trip because it was going to be a 45 min to an hour wait and we where on a late flight. Plus there where so many people that had already been waiting and they where upset and agree and rude and we didn't want to subject ourselves with the rudeness,so we paid for an Uber to pick us up and that was a cost we where not expecting to pay. Feel I got cheated a little because of paying the cost to use the shuttle only one way. With this all being said not sure I would use this hotel again and do not recommend it if you are wanting no problem getting back to your car.
