We discovered a moldy smell coming from our dishwasher so we pulled it out and found black mold and water damage due to a cracked hose. We called Quantum and Jason was working on another job across the street. He came right over to assess the situation and walked us through the claim filing process with the insurance company. He stayed on the phone with us when we first called our insurance company and met with the insurance adjuster in person. Being first time homeowners, Jason gave us the confidence to choose Quantum. All invoicing, contracts and timelines were clearly communicated. They were patient and flexible with payments. The project manager, Erhard, was great to work with. He was punctual, friendly and communicated frequently on progress. His team did excellent finishing work and kept a clean job site. The only delay we experienced was in the development of the cabinets, but that was handled by an outside vendor from the insurance company. I would absolutely recommend Quantum. They know what they are doing. They're pros.

Everyone from Quantum has been absolutely wonderful. They finished the project well ahead of schedule and Erhard and the team were so lovely and friendly--even my cat loved them! Thank you for fixing our ceiling!
