Conshohocken Center for Emotional Health seems extremely well run and organized. I worked with Debby and she was a great therapist and offered excellent feedback. Overall good & well-run establishment!

Four words - Carolyn is the best! She makes you feel very comfortable. She has a way to get her point across without being judgmental. I'd recommend her to everyone!

I am very happy with the work Ive been doing with Sharon. She has helped me in tremendous ways to explore my approach to managing my life as a work at home mom. Sharon listens to and challenges me in ways that allow me to better identify and manage stressors in my life. She doesnt coddle me which I appreciate, and I never leave our sessions feeling hopeless - - I leave feeling inspired to work on what we just discussed. Im very happy to leave a rating of 5 stars for Sharon.

I called Conshohocken Center for Emotional Health with the intention of finding someone to help me process my recent divorce. What I found was so much more Sharon! I had never been to or spoke with a therapist or counselor before so I was dreading going in and having to talk about my divorce and all the ugly, stressful things that went with it. I was delighted to find that Sharon never pressured me into discussing it unless I brought it up. Instead, Sharon asked me what I was feeling and what was on my mind and heart. From there we talked through my thoughts and feelings and I left there an hour later feeling so relieved. It was nice to talk about myself and how I was feeling since all I had been focused on was surviving a divorce, selling my house, packing, moving and finances, all while keeping a smile on for the kids I work with. I didnt realize how high my anxiety was and how deep my depression was until talking through so much over a series of weekly visits with Sharon. She suggested a few practices to do each day to help me climb out of my depression. She also taught me techniques I could use on my own to navigate my anxiety. They all worked when I chose to use them. I still use those techniques when I find myself getting off track. I am so thankful. When I started seeing Sharon I was seeing her once a week. After about three months we went to every other week. After that she and I felt I had gained enough control of my own life to cut back on seeing each other to only once a month and eventually we went to every few months. Now I see her as needed. If something stressful comes up in life that I feel I need some assistance navigating or I am feeling so overwhelmed, I can call the office and set up an appointment. I really do enjoy going to the office and meeting with Sharon. The office is in a cute little house and decorated so warmly. It is so easy to get comfortable and chat for an hour. Everyone in the office always makes me feel comfortable and accommodated whether it is in person or over the phone.

Carolyn is a caring, empathetic therapist who makes you feel comfortable the first time you meet her. She is down to earth, laughs, and is not a "robot therapist" asking "how does that make you feel..." She will also make herself available to you, if you need an evening or early appointment, she does her best to accommodate you. She has even come in on the weekends! You can tell she is invested in your health and wants you to feel better. I am so happy to have met her!
