Bob was incredibly helpful as he was very quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns and he always had our best interest in mind whether it was selling our home or purchasing a new one. Bob is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the market and all critical building/structural concerns. I hope to never move again, but if we do Bob Abbott will always be our realtor. I would highly recommend him to anybody!

Bob is the best. I've seen him in both buying and selling transactions for me and my wife, most recently selling a house I owned. He is kind, conscientious, thorough, knowledgeable, professional, customer service-oriented, a good listener, gives good advice, and is very good in keeping up communication. Not only does he know the ropes in real estate, but his judgement is very reliable. Many times in negotiating, we found ourselves saying to him, after outlining our general our general thoughts, "use your best judgement, Bob." In one negotiation, Bob was able to work with a difficult agent on the other side, humoring him and getting the negotiating more fluid. We knew we would not be disappointed, and we were not. I've seen him twice now dealing with agents on the other side of the transaction who let things slip and weren't attentive to their side of the transaction in a sufficiently timely way. He just quietly makes sure everything gets done, including nudging the other agent as needed, and firmly but dispassionately standing up to the defensiveness or ego-centrism of other agents - all with the aim of making things work. In short, Bob has a broad range of skills, qualitative and quantitative, that one needs in a real estate agent. He's simply the best. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
